Return & Exchange Policy
We value your business and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges.
In-Store Purchases:
All sales made in-store are considered final. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. For these instances, we are pleased to offer an exchange for another item within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and you have the receipt at hand when seeking an exchange. This policy is our way of ensuring that you leave our store satisfied, every time.
Online Purchases:
Shopping online brings the challenge of not being able to touch and feel the item before purchasing. To accommodate this, we offer a 30-day evaluation period for all online purchases. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt. If the new item is a lesser value, a credit will be put on your account and if the exchange value is higher the balance will need to be paid before the item ships.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error on our part.
We will accept exchanges up to 90 days after purchase. All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.
Custom (In-Store or Online) Purchases:
Please note that custom items, including those that require resizing, alterations, or commissioned work, are not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are created to your specifications and therefore cannot be restocked. We encourage you to carefully review all custom orders before finalizing your purchase.
Return or Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team or visit us in-store with the item and your receipt. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and help you find an item that meets your needs.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will respond to your request within 1 business day. Please do not send back without a Return Authorization number, or your package will be returned unopened.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 48-72 hours to post to your credit card or PayPal account. Refunds can only be applied to your original method of payment. Please alert us of any delay.
All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.
Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to monitor return activity and, in cases of excessive or repeated returns, to limit, suspend, or decline future e-commerce transactions with a customer. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our inventory and ensure fair use of our return program.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you and can be used for any purchase on our website.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Return Authorization numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All packages without a return authorization number will be returned. Item must be packaged as to not incur damage in transport. Please DO NOT ship jewelry in any form of envelope, padded or otherwise. Boxes only. To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more expensive items we are happy to send you a prepaid shipping label using our discounted rate. Unless otherwise noted, if we send you a prepaid shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
